We could say that there are just four natural ingredients that make up our beer, but without the fifth and sixth ingredients it just wouldn't work. These extra ingredients of people and passion cannot be made; they come naturally!
We're very lucky to have committed, hard working passionate people working at Towcester Mill Brewery. So next time you take a sip from one of our beers, you may taste some of that passion. It's definitely in there somewhere!

Phil joined the Mill in 2014 as a trainee brewer not long after it opened its doors. Such is his commitment to exacting quality and standards, Phil continues to brew great cask beer as our leading brewer. Now the brewery has over a dozen different recipes, Phil is kept on his toes five days a week!
Sam joined the Mill mid-2016 as Tap Room Manager and is responsible for ensuring there's plenty of beer flowing! Her team of bar staff and glass collectors make sure that the high standards of customer service expected at the Mill are maintained at all times and a warm and friendly welcome is extended to all!
Caroline joined the Mill at the end of 2016 as the Brewery Shop opened for the first time at the Bell Plantation Garden Centre. Caroline makes sure the shop is well stocked with a wide variety of beer, gin, wine, cider and other spirits and her team deal with all online beer orders, of which there are many!
