2026's freshly brewed, 3.7% abv, Fresh Hop Ale will be available on draught in the Taproom from Fri 2 Oct*. This years harvested fresh hops chosen are Cascade UK hops which are a British-grown version of the classic American Cascade hop. While they share the same name and lineage, Cascade UK hops offer subtle differences due to soil, climate, and farming practices. Cascade UK hops maintain the familiar grapefruit and orange character found in American versions. However, they also introduce soft floral tones, giving them a more rounded profile. Hints of spice and tea-like bitterness often appear, making these hops ideal for balanced, aromatic beers. Their bright aroma enhances beer without overwhelming the palate.
