About Us

Established nine years ago and originally located at Whittlebury, we are a small independent brewery and Tap Room (brewery pub) with a large scenic beer garden. We are based in the old Towcester Mill which is set in the heart of Towcester in south Northamptonshire with beautiful views over Towcester Watermeadows.

The Mill is a Grade II listed building that dates back to 1794 and is home to our five brewers barrel (just over 800 litres or approximately 1450 imperial pints) brew plant where we produce a number of Towcester Mill regular beers as well as a variety of seasonal and one-off special ales. These beers are available to drink in our Tap Room (click here for opening times) or to buy online in a variety of different packs!

Along with our busy brewery and Tap Room, we have two large seating areas on our first floor, called the Turbine Room and the Steam Room, and also hold regular events such as live comedy and quiz nights in our function room. We hold live music nights both inside and outside in our large beer garden.

Why not visit us soon, we look forward to seeing you!
