An audience with Christian Day

He’s played more than 200 times for Northampton in his ten year career at Franklin Gardens and now, Saints player, Christian Day, has been awarded a testimonial in recognition of his remarkable contribution to the club.

The Day Five Testimonial Year celebrates the contribution he has made to the famous green, black and gold jersey and are awarded to those players who stand the test of time; representing their chosen club with a pride and distinction that stands out above the ordinary.

And now Christian is coming to Towcester on Saturday 11 November 2017 to host an evening at the Brewery!  You have the chance to meet him and win one of his game shirts signed by the whole Saints squad while helping to raise funds for his two chosen charities, The Leon Barwell Foundation and Niamh’s Next Step Neuroblastoma Cancer Charity.

Christian explained, “My Testimonial year was launched at the last home game of the season in May and we’ve so far undertaken a number of activities raising money for these two really special charities. This event at the Brewery will be great and at the moment it looks like I’ll be coming straight off a muddy field after our game v the Dragons – let’s hope it’s a successful match!”

“We’re delighted to welcome Christian to Towcester Mill Brewery as part of his Testimonial Year,” added director, Ray Hunt. “It’s a fantastic opportunity for anyone who follows the Saints to meet Christian in person, hear his post match game review and find out more about his playing career and life as a professional rugby player.”

Tickets cost £10, all of which (excl booking fee) will go to his chosen charities. Your ticket also enters you into the draw for the signed game shirt – book yours now via www.towcestermillbrewery.co.uk!
