Position: Duty Manager (Evenings & Weekends) Towcester Mill Tap Room

This is a job for someone with experience in a bar or hospitality environment who LOVES BEER!

The Towcester Mill Tap Room is a classic traditional English style pub with 8 ever changing real ales and 6 traditional ciders, complemented with a good selection of other pub drinks and snacks.

The number one priority for the successful person will be making sure that our customers leave happy and want to return!

The right person for the job will have the following attributes:

* At least 6 months experience in pubs.

* Take great pride in their own work

* Have a hardworking positive attitude

* Fit and Able to work in a demanding work environment

* Have good spoken English

* Have immaculate presentation

* Be eligible to work in the U.K. and be above the legal age to serve alcohol.

* Be looking for full time, long term employment
