Towcester Mill Brewery is holding its first of what it hopes to be a regular quiz night on Tuesday 4 April, following the success of the recent quiz held in aid of Prostate Cancer.
Hosted by quiz master, Ross Marriott, the quiz will be held in the Malt Room at the Brewery at 8pm. At only £1 a ticket, it’ll be a great night out!
Ross said, “Doors open at 7.30pm so come on early and get ready for the seven rounds of questions I’ve got prepared! The more people who come, the better the cash prizes, so grab yourself a drink and check it out. Come on your own or in a team – everyone is welcome.”
The beginning of April also welcomes the return of ‘Rubio’, a beer brewed in time for the Grand National on 8 April. A chestnut brown ale, it was created to celebrate the achievement of Rubio in 1908, the American bred chestnut brown horse with an fascinating connection with Towcester.
And, if you fancy a pizza with your pint and your quiz sheet, then it’s the perfect combination – The Little Oven of Joy is at Towcester Mill Brewery every Tuesday from 6pm offering 10” wood fired pizzas from just £5, with a gluten free base available too.
